We deliver complex façade and structural systems through computational design, DfMA, and automation. Our workflows support parametric modelling, technical development, coordination, and fabrication-ready outputs from early design to detailed delivery.

DfMA & Computational Delivery
We deliver computational design and DfMA workflows for façade and structural systems, from early parametric modelling to fabrication-ready outputs. Our focus is on automating complex geometry, technical drawings, fabrication data, and coordinated documentation to improve speed, precision, and buildability.

Technical 3D Modeling, LOD 400
In this project, our role focused on the technical modeling of panels located in critical and irregular zones.
None of these panels followed the standard logic of a typical unitized panel; each required a unique detail to resolve specific interferences.
In addition, our scope of work included,
LOD 500 modeling of unitized panels
Fully automated material assignment across all components of each panel
One-click application of complete technical metadata to every part
STEP export for all components

Installation, Assembly & Shop Drawing
In this project, we specifically implemented algorithm-based modeling and data structuring for all components to enable better workflow management.
Our primary responsibilities included:
Producing detailed fabrication and shop drawings
Creating comprehensive assembly and installation drawings
Generating a complete BoQ (Bill of Quantities) for all parts
The total output comprised more than 1,000 PDF sheets and STEP files. The STEP export process was fully automated using Data Hive, Ardaena’s proprietary toolkit.

Algorithmic Modeling of the Sub-structure & Cladding
Using Inventor, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Python, we developed a highly accurate and largely automated parametric model.
We produced precise installation drawings and used custom algorithms to estimate timber quantities efficiently.

Assembly & Workshop drawing
In this project, Ardaena was responsible for panel modeling, shop drawing automation, BOQ and data management.
Our algorithmic workflow enabled high-precision panel modeling while helping identify and resolve geometric conflicts early in the process.
The resulting automation significantly reduced manual effort, lowered the risk of human error, and streamlined documentation.
